Our Staff The working yard at Graham Lodge Stables is managed by both George and Gaye Margarson. Our key staff have been with us for many years and are valued members of our team. Assistant trainer : Katie Margarson Katie is responsible for the yard working to a high standard and is invaluable in her feed back. Head person : Garry Forster Garry is in charge of overseeing the welfare of the horses. He is also responsible for the administration of medication for all the horses and of all the in-house physiotherapy. Travelling Head Person : Joe Westhead Joe has been with us for many years and is responsible for the travelling of the horses to and from the races and taking care of their well being whilst away from the yard. As with all our staff, Joe is a valued member of the team and has been with us for many years now. He provides feedback on the well being of the horses while in transit. Other Staff We have a number of other staff who work hard in the yard looking after the horses and keeping them happy and well. Each horse is allocated to a staff member to care for and to ensure that they receive one to one individual attention in first class facilties. Our Head Person and Second Head Person oversee this regime and George and Gaye are also in the yard ensuring all of the staff are doing a good job. We are proud to say we have a good, dedicated team. |
